Enjoy live music, BBQ, and fun under a heated tent on Shipley’s Upper Campus. Bid on Gator Gifts and take your chance with some raffles and prizes! This event is for adults only, with all proceeds supporting The Shipley School and its programs. Tickets are $125 and are available now!

Event Attire: Warm & Casual. We kindly request that guests not wear heeled shoes as they are not allowed on Shipley's turf field.

Gator Gifts ~ Mobile Auction

Gator Gifts are unique experiences donated by Shipley’s incredible colleagues and community members—all to support the School’s fundraising efforts! You’ll also find exclusive events and VIP perks available through our Fall Fest mobile auction. Can’t attend in person? No problem! This year’s bidding will take place entirely online, so everyone can join in the fun. Check back soon for a sneak peek at what’s up for grabs—the Online Auction opens Wednesday, October 22.

Fall Fest Raffles

Purchase raffle tickets ($50 each) now and enter any of our three exciting raffle prizes at Fall Fest! Winners will be drawn at 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 

Raffle #1: Eagles Game Day Package
Cheer on the Birds in style with 4 tickets and 1 parking pass to the Week 15 Eagles vs. Raiders game on Sunday, December 14 at 1:00 pm. A perfect opportunity to experience the excitement of the NFL with family or friends.

Raffle #2: Flyers VIP Experience
Win 2 premium tickets to see the Flyers take on the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday, January 6 at the Xfinity Mobile Arena. Enjoy front-row Loge seating in Section C22, featuring heated, oversized seats nearly double the size of standard arena seating. Introducing the Liquor Locker

We’re excited to debut the Liquor Locker—a brand new feature at this year’s Fall Fest. Guests will have the chance to purchase a limited number of keys ($100), and one lucky key will unlock a locker stocked with premium bottles of wine and spirits. Buy a key and try your luck at winning what promises to be an enviable collection of wine and spirits. If you’d like to contribute, please consider donating a bottle to help us fill the locker. 

Support a Wish List Item – No Bidding Needed

This year, we’ll be offering a “Buy It Now Wish List” option as part of our auction. These are specific items or needs identified by the School that our community can choose to fund directly — no bidding required. It's a simple, meaningful way to contribute to Shipley’s needs, whether or not you attend the event.
